Settle
An oracle proposes the vault's value. The trader settles. Every deposit and redemption executes at the same price, in the same block. No front-running.
Claim
Claim your shares, or redeem them for USDC.e including profits. Performance fees are only charged on new gains above the all-time high.

72h advance notice
Any change to the vault's whitelist is announced 72 hours before activation. You have time to review and exit if you disagree. Role changes require 48h notice.
Fees only on new profits
The global high-water mark ensures the trader is only paid on gains above the vault's all-time high. If the vault drops and recovers, no fee on the recovery. You never pay twice.
