Create your vault
Set your vault name, performance fee (up to 30%), and liquidity reserve. The setup wizard creates a protected Smart Account linked to your Polymarket identity, all from the PolyStrat interface.
Backers deposit
Investors find your vault on PolyStrat and deposit USDC.e. Their funds sit in a pending silo until you trigger settlement. You cannot touch pending deposits — they are segregated by the smart contract.
Trade on Polymarket
Fund your trading wallet from the vault, then trade directly on polymarket.com. An on-chain Guard restricts the wallet to Polymarket contracts only. Your backers can verify this protection on Polygonscan.
Settle epochs
Recall profits from the trading wallet, then settle. The oracle proposes the NAV, you validate and execute. All pending deposits and redemptions process at the same price. Performance fees are minted automatically.
Collect your fees
Split fees to receive your share as vault shares. Hold them as a compounding position in your own vault, or redeem them for USDC.e at the next settlement. Your choice.
