1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PolyStrat platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
PolyStrat is a decentralized, non-custodial smart contract protocol deployed on the Polygon PoS blockchain. The Platform provides a user interface to interact with these smart contracts. PolyStrat does not custody, control, or have access to user funds at any time. All transactions are executed on-chain and are irreversible.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Platform does not recommend any particular vault, trader, or strategy. Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making any financial commitments.
4. Risks
Using the Platform involves significant risks including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain network failures, regulatory changes, loss of private keys, oracle manipulation, market volatility, and total loss of deposited funds. Past performance of any vault or trader does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into a vault.
5. No Guarantees
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PolyStrat makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of displayed data, the security of smart contracts, the performance of any vault, or the availability of the Platform.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use decentralized finance protocols in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where the use of decentralized finance protocols is prohibited.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Platform for: money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or any other illegal activity. You agree not to attempt to exploit, attack, or compromise the smart contracts or the Platform infrastructure.
8. Intellectual Property
The PolyStrat name, logo, and user interface are proprietary. The underlying smart contracts are open source and governed by their respective licenses. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use PolyStrat trademarks without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyStrat, its contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolyStrat, its contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications
PolyStrat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to decentralized protocols, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
